A. Shipping costs and information:

General shipping information:

As standard, goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be carried out by Deutsche Post, DHL, DHL Freight, DPD, Hermes, UPS, GLS, TNT, FedeEx, General Overnight (GO!), INTEX Paketdienst GmbH, Omest, Österreichische Post, Overnight, Post CH, NOX Nachtexpress, Schenker, SDH, TM Logistik, X4U, ANGEL, BRT, or by freight forwarding company . The shipping costs incurred in each case can be found in the table below.

If you would like to have your order shipped to another country, please send us an email before placing your order (insert email address) and tell us the item, quantity, delivery address, country and postcode. We will then let you know as soon as possible whether we can ship to the country you want and - if delivery to the address you want is possible - we will tell you the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner about the shipping options and costs in advance.

Information on calculating the delivery date

The delivery period begins, in the case of advance payment by bank transfer, on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day.

As a rule, shipping is done via standard shipping. For details, please refer to the respective products where the shipping method is described.

Note on ordering multiple items with different delivery times

If you order several items from us in one order for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in several partial shipments depending on availability, for which the delivery times stated for each item apply. There are no additional shipping costs.

I. Shipping within Germany:

Shipping within Germany is free.

The products are shipped from outside of Europe. Your order may therefore incur additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) which are not paid or invoiced by us, but must be paid by you directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Please contact the relevant authorities for details.

II. Shipping outside Germany

We deliver to the following countries:

Austria, Switzerland. Shipping costs: Free

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which must be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). 3. Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:

Invoice: The payment period is 14 days from dispatch of the goods/ticket/or, in the case of other services, the provision of the service. 4. Paypal

Just a few steps to payment:
1. Select “PayPal” as your payment method at checkout.
2. To complete the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and make the payment.
If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. Setting up a PayPal account is not necessary for the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal.

The merchant receives a real-time confirmation after the transfer has been completed. This means they can ship stock items and digital goods immediately - you receive your purchases faster. Please note that maximum limits in EURO may apply to payments made by Sofortüberweisung.
